January 2010
With the Congress' completion and unanimous agreement from around the world
of its success, Mr. Berger was re-elected to the Board of INLA for another two-year
term and becomes a Vice-President, retaining Canada's representation on this important
international nuclear law organization. His goals for the next two years are to keep
Canadian lawyers connected to international nuclear law developments and to maintain
input into the evolution of nuclear law. With that in mind, the CNLO will be holding
regional meetings in Canada to update its members on important legal issues affecting
Canadian nuclear energy law.
