London: CNLO President Gives Presentation to the London Nuclear New Build Summit July 8, 2009 Stan Berger gave an opening presentation in London, U.K. to the Nuclear New Build Law Summit organized by IQPC and sponsored by Allen & Overy. The Conference was held July 8-9 at the Marble Arch Thistle Hotel and covered a variety of topical New Build legal issues including commercial risk allocation in contracts, nuclear liability, regulatory law and decommissioning, primarily in the U.K, but also in the U.S. and continental Europe.
