Programme Commitee Event April 29, 2011 The Programme event is scheduled for Friday, April 29, 2011, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. noon at the Gowlings Toronto office (Suite 1600, First Canadian Place). A light lunch will follow the presentation. The program will include the following: Bill Schnurr, Assistant General Counsel at Bruce Power will speak about the Transportation of Radioactive Materials. Stan Berger, Assistant General Counsel at OPG will give a summary of the Joint Review Panel hearing into new nuclear at Darlington. A general discussion on the events in Japan and the legal issues raised will also take place. |
