Joint INLA/CNLO meeting in Montreal.

Canadian and International Nuclear Lawyers November 21, 2008. Fasken Martineau hosted a day long conference in Montreal involving CNLO and INLA members from law firms, power companies and government in Canada, the U.K., France, Belgium, Germany, Argentina, Spain and the United States.

Government lawyers included the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs (DEFAIT), the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), Natural Resources Canada. Waste agencies such as ENRESA (Spain) and the Nuclear Waste Managment Organization (Canada) also had their legal representatives in attendance.
