CNLO Meeting in Ottawa February 25, 2010 The CNLO took advantage of the Canadian Nuclear Association’s annual meeting to hold its own meeting at the Ottawa Westin on Feb. 25, 2010. Jacques Lavoie, the CNSC’s General Counsel and newly appointed CNLO board member, gave a presentation to lawyers with the CNSC, Areva, General Electric, Cameco, OPG, NRCan, Heenan’s, and Gowlings on the key statutory and judicial developments of interest to the nuclear industry, over the past 12 months.
